The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived, slightly hot and bothered. The staff member’s calm hello and quick glass of port got us in the right mood! The hotel is a beautiful boutique. We had a balcony room with a garden view and it was spacious, with more cupboard/drawer space than normal. The bed was very comfy and everything worked well. The bathroom was the only thing that let it down - the shower door didn’t fit properly so the shower leaked every time we used it, and the glass door to the bathroom didn’t close properly so there wasn’t much sound proofing between the room and the bathroom. Breakfast was 10/10. Lots of healthy (and unhealthy!) options, and fresh eggs cooked to order. Location is excellent, just outside the centre of the centre, within a short walk of all the major attractions. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

Great central location and good amenities. The only complaint was that there is no air conditioning, it luckily it wasn’t too hot the days we were there.
